Welcome to Kesha Sutra, a two-day immersive workshop rooted in the timeless wisdom of Ayurveda and holistic self-care. This online experience is designed to guide you through natural and sustainable ways to revive, nourish, and protect your hair, from the roots to the crown.

Whether you’re facing hair fall, thinning, premature greying, or scalp imbalances, this workshop offers practical rituals, dietary insights, and Ayurvedic remedies that align beauty with inner balance.

  • Diet, digestion & hormones: The inner approach to healthy hair
  • Scalp mapping: Reading signs from your hair and scalp
  • Daily & seasonal routines for hair care

Day 2: Healing Rituals & Remedies

  • Herbal oils and how to use them effectively (Kesh Taila techniques)
  • DIY hair masks & scalp treatments using kitchen & Ayurvedic ingredients
  • Stress & sleep management for hair vitality
  • Guided self-massage (Murdha Abhyanga)
  • Integrating rituals into modern life: What to do weekly, monthly, seasonally
