Program Structure
Day 1: Release and Reconnect
Focus: Letting go of physical tension and emotional weight

- Guided meditation to release guilt and pressure
- Talk on emotional burnout and the invisible load of motherhood

Day 2: Rebuild and Empower

- Energizing yoga for strength and balance

- Meditation on identity beyond roles
- Talk on boundaries, self-respect, and saying no without guilt

Day 3: Balance and Integrate
Focus: Bringing awareness into daily life
- Balanced yoga flow combining relaxation and strength
- Breathwork for daily stability and emotional balance
- Meditation on gratitude and acceptance

- Reflection exercise to design a simple personal routine
